Already mastered the basics?
Join us for Level 2, where we'll dive into the world of filled pasta and traditional Genovese pesto.
In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to make green spinach pasta dough from scratch, prepare a classic ricotta and spinach filling, and create a variety of filled pasta shapes including Ravioli, Tortelli, Mezzelune and Agnolotti.
We'll also explore the art of Pesto Genovese, made the traditional way using a mortar and pestle. You'll learn about its history, ingredients and the techniques that make this simple sauce so special. To finish, our chef will prepare a fresh ravioli dish, sharing cooking, plating and sauce-making tips that you can easily recreate at home.
